I understand that things come up and sometimes appointment times need to be cancelled or rescheduled. In these circumstances, I do require at least 24 hours notice (provided via email) from the scheduled appointment start time in order to avoid a rebooking fee or forfeiting your prepaid session. This gives me a chance to fill the appointment with someone from my waiting list. Providing less than 24 hours notice will result in a rebooking fee of half the scheduled service total (minimum $50), to be paid by invoice prior to the following appointment. If no notice is given at all ("no-call, no-show"), that will result in the forfeiture of the prepaid session or a rebooking fee of the full total of all scheduled services that were missed.
